Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Relationship Development team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coaching outreach specialists, strengthening our relationships with credit union partners, and serving as a communication bridge between frontline staff and leadership. Responsibilities
- Handle outbound phone communications and coach team members on effective call strategies
- Train staff on sales best practices, objection handling, and creating positive customer experiences
- Support and grow relationships with credit union partners
- Serve as a liaison between team members and senior leadership, including C-suite level communication
- Help foster a strong, collaborative, and high-performance team culture
Qualifications
- Required:
- Leadership or supervisory experience (current or recent)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by example and inspire team success
- Professional demeanor with confidence to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Preferred:
- Experience in outbound calling or member/customer engagement roles
- Familiarity with financial services or credit union environments

- Hybrid - In-office: Monday–Wednesday, Remote Thursday & Friday
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
