Human Resources Generalist: Team members in this role are responsible for collaborating with management to support the business and its employees. This position focuses on benefits administration, employee relations, FMLA leave management, workers compensation claims, employee data, performance management, onboarding and separation, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.

Human Resources Coordinator: This position is the beginning of a successful career in Human Resources, and is responsible for aiding in the Human Resources processes for all employees. This role assists in the full new hire experience and onboarding process, including offers, background checks, orientation, and scheduling new hire check-ins with various departments.
