Job Purpose
The Relationship Development Supervisor supports the scheduling, reporting, and administrative needs of the Relationship Development Manager, Credit Union Partners, Regional Managers, and Sales Agents. This role combines leadership and operational responsibilities—overseeing team performance while ensuring departmental goals and visit metrics are met.
The Supervisor also plays a key role in coaching, monitoring, and enforcing daily functions within the Relationship Development Team to drive success.
Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision & Performance Management
- Supervise a team of 15+ employees, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
- Manage scheduling, approve PTO requests, and balance staffing needs for full coverage.
- Oversee timekeeping accuracy and make adjustments as needed.
- Lead performance management efforts to enhance departmental productivity.
- Conduct quarterly and annual reviews, providing constructive feedback and setting improvement plans.
Operational Support
- Assist with scheduling and ensure weekly visit goals are achieved.
- Monitor SEG visit sales results and research zero-production sites daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT for resolution.
- Develop training materials, guides, and exercises to support continuous improvement.
- Introduce and implement innovative ideas that drive departmental change and efficiency.
Communication & Collaboration
- Serve as a key liaison between Relationship Development Specialists, Field Managers, and Credit Union Partners.
- Address team inquiries promptly through group communication channels.
- Collaborate with management to facilitate ongoing team training aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Associate’s degree with at least two years of experience in scheduling and administrative roles.
- Prior supervisory or mentorship experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills—verbal, nonverbal, and written.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Customer service experience in a sales environment.
- Familiarity with Credit Union operations.
- CRM expertise—especially Aptean—with the ability to train others.
