Your Mission: Business Development Insurance Agent
You're not just selling policies — you're building relationships, educating communities, and changing lives. In this role, you'll leverage strong credit union partnerships to tap into warm leads, generate referrals, and close deals that matter.

What You’ll Do Every Day:
Engage with credit union members and explain our product offerings
Assess client needs and offer smart, protective insurance solutions
Generate referrals and build a thriving book of business
Build lasting relationships with credit unions, employer groups, and members
Ensure flawless follow-through on paperwork and application processes
Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales goals (we celebrate your wins!)
Stay current on training, sales strategies, and insurance licenses

What You Bring to the Table:
Sales experience with a track record of success
Insurance license is a plus — or willingness to obtain one
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Passion for service and a commitment to ethical sales
