At The Family Security Plan®, we believe everyone deserves a secure future. Since our founding in 1973, our mission has been to make financial protection accessible to everyday working people. What began with two founders traveling long hours to serve credit union members has grown into a nationwide organization supporting communities across 17 states.

Today, we partner with credit unions to provide valuable insurance solutions and business services that help their members and organizations thrive. While we’ve grown, our commitment to a people-first approach has remained the same—we strive to create a workplace that is supportive, rewarding, and even fun, where employees can maintain a healthy work/life balance and reach their full potential.
