The Opportunity
As an Insurance Agent, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth — building relationships, generating referrals, closing business, and protecting families. You’ll work closely with credit unions and community partners while developing a strong personal book of business.
You won’t be doing this alone — you’ll join a high-performing team of driven professionals with leadership support and a proven system for success.

What You’ll Do
- Engage credit union members and community partners to offer insurance solutions
- Build and maintain strong referral networks
- Generate new SEG/business opportunities (minimum 1 per month)
- Identify client needs and recommend customized insurance protection
- Close sales efficiently and accurately
- Partner with credit union branch managers to maximize opportunities
- Complete training, sales courses, and ongoing education
- Maintain accurate reporting, applications, and documentation
- Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings

What You Bring
- Proven sales success (insurance experience a plus)
- Insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy with reliable internet access
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel to worksites as needed
