Your Next Big Role: Insurance Agent
As an Insurance Agent, you’ll play a key role in expanding our reach by:
- Cultivating and closing new sales opportunities
- Generating warm leads through credit union partnerships
- Building long-term relationships with clients and referral sources
- Driving growth with your talent, grit, and winning attitude
This role includes travel to credit union partners across the five boroughs — no cold calling needed. Just you, your charisma, and a hot pipeline of prospects waiting for your expert guidance.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Engaging credit union members and offering tailored insurance solutions
- Building and nurturing strong business relationships
- Generating referrals and closing deals
- Maintaining licensure and completing ongoing training
- Collaborating with internal teams and credit union partners
- Crushing goals and celebrating wins — every single week
Must-Haves:
- Proven success in sales
- Insurance experience or licensing (or willingness to get licensed)
- Excellent communicator (written + verbal)
- Reliable transportation and flexible travel within NYC
- Self-starter mindset with strong time management
