We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Business Development Insurance Agent to join our growing team in Flint, MI. This is more than just sales—it’s about building meaningful relationships, educating clients, and changing lives.

What You’ll Do

• Build lasting relationships with credit unions, members, and business partners.

• Generate referrals, open new business accounts, and grow your client base.

• Educate members on insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience (insurance license preferred, but we’ll help the right person get licensed).

• A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

• Driven, coachable, and tech-savvy with a passion for helping others.

• Ability to travel locally for client and credit union meetings.
