What You’ll Do
Engage with members via inbound transfers from our Customer Connect team, Customer Service, carrier partners, credit union partners, and digital marketing efforts.
Qualify members, understand their needs, and recommend the best Family Security Plan® solutions.
Consistently achieve monthly sales goals and strive for Gold PRO status in production.
Follow up with members to ensure successful application completion.
Maintain accurate records, complete applications thoroughly, and comply with carrier and company guidelines.
Embrace ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to continuously improve.
Uphold the highest level of sales ethics, integrity, and compliance in every interaction.
