Your Role: Business Development Insurance Agent
As a Business Development Insurance Agent, you'll be on the front lines of growth — forging relationships, generating referrals, and opening new business opportunities. This is more than a sales role — it’s about making a lasting difference in people’s lives and in your career.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain a valid insurance license and complete CE as needed
Meet with credit union members to provide insurance guidance
Drive referrals and build a personal pipeline
Secure at least one new SEG/business opportunity per month
Develop and maintain key relationships with branch and worksite contacts
Assess client needs to deliver customized insurance solutions
Close sales efficiently and ensure accurate documentation
Attend sales meetings and submit activity reports on time

Proven success in sales
Insurance experience or licensing preferred
