Your Role: Business Development Insurance Agent

As a Business Development Insurance Agent, you'll be on the front lines of growth — forging relationships, generating referrals, and opening new business opportunities. This is more than a sales role — it’s about making a lasting difference in people’s lives and in your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a valid insurance license and complete CE as needed

  • Meet with credit union members to provide insurance guidance

  • Drive referrals and build a personal pipeline

  • Secure at least one new SEG/business opportunity per month

  • Develop and maintain key relationships with branch and worksite contacts

  • Assess client needs to deliver customized insurance solutions

  • Close sales efficiently and ensure accurate documentation

  • Attend sales meetings and submit activity reports on time

What You Bring

  • Proven success in sales

  • Insurance experience or licensing preferred

  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
