About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to lead our BI team and strengthen how data drives decisions across the organization. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to ensure our reporting is accurate, actionable, and aligned with our company goals. The BI Manager plays a critical role in aligning analytics with our strategic objectives, fostering a strong data-driven culture, and enabling leaders across the business to make smarter, faster decisions.

If you’re passionate about building strong teams, creating scalable reporting practices, and using data to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to connect.

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional BI team responsible for data integrity, reporting, and analytics.
  • Align team priorities with quarterly goals and weekly Scorecard metrics.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and participate in Level 10 meetings to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture built on ownership and continuous improvement.

Business Intelligence Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day BI operations, ensuring high data quality and on-time delivery.
  • Partner with IT to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline or integration issues.
  • Manage internal service-level agreements (SLAs) and maintain consistent performance standards.

Strategy, Insights & Decision Support

  • Partner with leadership to define, track, and refine KPIs across the organization.
  • Support strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting through accurate, data-backed insights.
  • Deliver analytical support for high-impact initiatives and executive-level decision-making.

Reporting & Analytics Excellence

  • Ensure dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses are accurate, timely, and actionable.
  • Lead standardization of KPIs and reporting logic across departments.
  • Monitor BI tool adoption and user engagement, recommending enhancements to increase value and utilization.

Data Enablement & Culture

  • Champion a data-literate culture through BI onboarding, training sessions, and workshops.
  • Maintain comprehensive BI documentation and internal knowledge resources.
  • Serve as the escalation point for BI-related questions and complex requests.

Data Foundation & Governance

  • Own and maintain the data warehouse architecture to ensure performance, integrity, and governance alignment.
  • Oversee integrations with key platforms (CRM, telephony, and other systems) to ensure reliable data flow.
  • Maintain data dictionaries and proactively monitor data quality to address issues before they impact reporting.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing or leading a BI or data-focused team.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and dashboard development (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
  • Solid understanding of data governance, KPI design, and reporting frameworks.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
  • Ability to distill complex analyses into compelling, sales-aligned narratives that drive stakeholder buy-in.
