Customer Solutions Specialist: Team members in this role will join our Retention Team, representing The Family Security Plan in a professional and compassionate manner, while adhering to planned work schedule. We have both remote and hybrid options! (All Connecticut employees are currently working hybrid, with only two days in office weekly).
