Customer Service Jobs can include: Customer Connect Supervisor: The Call Center Supervisor’s role requires a strong and motivated leader to guide our sales team to success. This position is an entry level into leadership and will allow you to grow within The Family Security Plan. Customer Solutions Specialist: Team members in this role will join our Retention Team, representing The Family Security Plan in a professional and compassionate manner, while adhering to planned work schedule. We have both remote and hybrid options! (All Connecticut employees are currently working hybrid, with only two days in office weekly).
